Iesha James, PA-C is a Nevadan native, born and raised. Iesha completed her Master’s in Physician Assisting at University of Evansville in Indiana. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Iesha was a substitute teacher where she thrived at different schools and educational cultures. The connection that she gained between a teacher and student was by providing support, advice, and guidance. This has expanded her professionally in the healthcare industry as she connects with her patients the same way.
To determine what treatment plan is needed, Iesha believes in engaging with her patients on a deeper level. The secret is to remind yourself that “we are not doing the patient a favor by serving them, but they are doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so”.
Iesha in her spare time loves to play tennis, cook, and spend time with her dog. Iesha’s quality of care that she provides to her patients is always equal and we are grateful she chose to work for Family Doctors Medical Center.
