What is BHRT, and how can it help me?
BHRT stands for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Hormones regulate metabolism and many bodily functions. If your hormones are not at the right level, it can contribute to health problems, including obesity, depression, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, and more.
Supplementation with bioidentical hormones can gently bring you back to optimal levels so you can make progress in reaching your health and well-being goals. Bioidentical hormones are just like the ones your own body makes, so they are safe and effective.
When you sign up for our BHRT program, we perform blood work to test your hormone levels, see where supplementation is needed, and monitor your progress, adjusting the dosages when needed to make sure they are just right for you.

How does BHRT fit in with the rest of my weight loss program?
When people have a hard time losing weight despite diet and exercise changes, it could be the result of a hormone imbalance. Hormones affect your metabolism rate and many bodily functions. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) gently helps bring your hormones back into balance, making it easier to lose weight and helping you to feel better as your body just works better.
Bioidentical hormones are just like the ones your body makes, so they are safe and effective. We monitor the dosage just as we monitor the rest of the program.
