Sandy Henemyer

Sandy Henemyer, APRN, FNP-C born in Huntington, Indiana and moved to Tucson, Arizona with her family when she was 12 years old. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona, College of Nursing in Tucson, Arizona. She then went on to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP).
Sandy has received several accolades including Arizona’s Fabulous Fifty Nurses for Nursing Excellence and The Daisy Award both in Arizona and Nevada by her colleagues and patients. She was also nominated for the March of Dimes Nurse of the Year. Sandy is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses, Nevada Nurses Association, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner.
When Sandy is not working, she loves to spend time with her family. Her favorite hobby is blowing glass, traveling, and loving on her four-legged fur babies. Sandy is dedicated to her profession and is very excited to provide the absolute best care possible to her patient’s. She is committed to her patients and involves them in their care and journey to good health.
